Requirements of Registration
- Individual who register are usually accredited investors. In order to maintain a high profile, TAN will allow registration to only a minimal number of qualified professionals who may not be accredited investors.
- Individual who register usually have knowledge and experience in financial and business matters to be capable of evaluating the relative merits and risks of any investment.
- Individual who register usually have prior entrepreneurship, angel investing experience or operational experience.
- Individual who register must be sponsored by a currently registered person.
- Individual who register must agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the TAN Registration Agreement.
